Formerly 1847, Land is bringing vegan and vegetarian dining into a much swisher light. The Great Western Arcade restaurant comes kitted out with hardwood floors, green-hued walls and comfy seating. 

Meals here come in the form of tasting menus, with a set of four or six plates available - both for a very affordable sum. Dedicated to sustainability and seasonality, plates at Land change regularly depending on what's available. However, previous iterations have seen the kitchen serving up soy and furikake aubergine, hispi cabbage with satay sauce and chilli and broccoli topped with almond and zhoug.

When it comes to wine, Land stick to their ethos of sourcing locally, supporting independent vineyards and makers both at home and further afield. Sips are designed to complement the plates, and a pairing selection can be added to your set menu from £30. And for the beer lovers, the restaurant provides an excellent range of craft ales.
