Description
Having held a Michelin star since 1999, Simpsons has been one of a few fine dining restaurants paving the way for others in Birmingham. The gorgeous eatery is housed in a Georgian mansion, which features bi-fold doors that open into the garden, wooden beams and exposed stone walls.
Head chef Luke Tipping is the man behind the menu, offering up contemporary British cuisine that's inspired by international influences but made from local, seasonal ingredients. Alongside food, the venue also mixes plenty of cocktails and includes a cookery school for brushing up on your skills.
