1. All bookings must be made in advance and are confirmed once payment has been completed via DesignMyNight.
2. Your ticket includes the YO! Selfridges Taster Menu experience as described on the event page. Any additional food, drinks or upgrades are not included unless stated.
3. Please arrive on time for your booking. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may be unable to guarantee your table or experience due to service timings and capacity.
4. If you have any dietary requirements or allergies, please notify us in advance when booking (or contact the venue directly as soon as possible). While we will always do our best to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
5. Menu items are subject to availability and may occasionally change due to seasonality or supply. Any substitutions will be of equal value where possible.
6. Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged after purchase. In exceptional circumstances, please contact the venue directly and we will review requests on a case-by-case basis.
7. If your booking is being made using an approved gift voucher (e.g. Toggle/Virgin Experience Days), please ensure you follow the redemption instructions and bring your voucher details with you.
8. Bookings are subject to the venue’s standard rules and policies. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission or remove guests in cases of unsafe, abusive or disruptive behaviour.
9. Guests of all ages are welcome unless otherwise stated. Alcohol is strictly for guests aged 18+ and valid photo ID may be required.
10. The venue and DesignMyNight cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings.
