Tapas Revolution Birmingham

Description

Tapas Revolution is in Grand Central Station, Birmingham.

Their food philosophy comes straight from the heart of Spain, where the vibrant and dynamic street culture of cities like Madrid has inspired this chain to bring those regional flavours abroad.

With Spaniard Omar Allibhoy behind the menu, you can expect all of the traditional spread of picoteo, carne, pescado, charcuterie and vegetables to create a mouthwatering array of tapas dishes. Dessert comes in the form of Spain's famous Churros, made with the same techniques and a heavenly dose of sweet cinnamon, sugar and chocolate dipping sauce. Enjoy some post-siesta drinks with the chef's personal blend of Sangria, try one of their special cocktails or survey their specialist Gins.

Why not trade the turkey for tapas this Christmas and check out the new festive menus at Tapas Revolution.
