Description
Pinchos Bar brings delicious Spanish drinks and tapas to Birmingham City Centre.
The vibrant venue’s food is based heavily on the cuisine of the Basque Country, a region renowned for its food, yet offers only a limited permanent menu, serving up three different salads and bocadillos. The rest of the small tapas dishes are created from whatever fresh ingredients are available on the day, creating a laid back, rustic approach to dining.
The drinks are similarly regional, featuring wines, beers, cocktails and sherries all hailing from Spain. Alongside an intimate interior seating arrangement, there’s a garden space outside perfect for alfresco dining and drinking.
