Description
Serving up multi-course lunches, alongside sumptuous tasting menus for dinner, Adam's is the Michelin star restaurant headed up by chef Adam Stokes. This Midlands-born foodie made a name for himself in Brum many years ago, and continues to deliver on that legacy with his eatery that champions modern British dishes, including Goosnargh duck, scallop tartare and leek parcels.
Aside from the beautiful presentation of the food itself, this swish venue is also quite the looker. Merging Art Deco with retro styling, the dining room and adjoining cocktail bar here offer up a stunning space for any occasion.
