Eclectic flavours and bold interiors just minutes from Birmingham New Street.
If you don't know the name Alex Claridge, chances are you've heard of his stunning fine dining restaurant The Wilderness. Well, the acclaimed chef hasn't stopped there; he's set to open Nocturnal Animals on Bennetts Hill. The new concept features a restaurant downstairs, with space for 42 diners and a 60-cover bar upstairs. Interiors are diverse, with each space featuring a distinct decor... think monochrome floors, art deco seating and vibrant seating.
The restaurant menu leans towards east Asian cooking over Konro charcoal grills, with Chinese and Japanese food at the forefront, while the bar features a colourful cocktail menu developed by James Bowker. There's even a luxurious afternoon tea offering, with a tasting menu created by MasterChef's Brett Connor so you can soak up sweet and savoury dishes alongside champagne and cocktails.
