Meat Shack bring their hearty burgers to Southside, Birmingham.

After years of serving up their meaty burgers as a pop up – and making a name for themselves at Digbeth Dining Club – the street food vendors have found a permanent home. The bar has a speakeasy vibe, delivering on 100% British beef burgers, hand-smashed and cooked to order.

These burgers are renowned throughout the city thanks to their massive toppings, and they caramelise the outside in order to keep all the juicy flavour inside the patty. Alongside the burgers they’ve got a range of different sides and fries, as well as some vegetarian options to boot. There’s also a healthy selection of craft beer too.
