The Red Lion

Sister pub to the vibrant Lord Clifden, The Red Lion in Birmingham's scenic Jewellery Quarter is another traditional pub with a quirky artistic twist.

Looks are once again deceiving when it comes to one of these UAB pubs. Whilst oozing with all the classic traditional pub traits: good grub, mahogany tables, rich leather seats and local ales on draft, The Red Lion prides itself when it comes to the secret it harbors. Adorning the walls in this pub are quirky, contemporary art pieces from the likes of Banksy, Nick Walker and more, making a great destination for those wishing to oggle at great art or settle down and watch the latest footie match to boot.

Looking for more than what you found inside? Then head on back to one of the quaintest beer gardens in Birmingham for an even better fill of unique art. With local ales, international beers and great spirits in abundance, spending the Summer in this secluded little gallery couldn't feel more refreshing.
