The Trocadero

Description

Keeping tradition going, The Trocadero is a longstanding local pub in Birmingham City Centre, tucked away on Temple Street. The venue is steeped in history that is visible throughout the pub. The building was originally a fire station and now has a stained glass window highlighting where the fireman's pole used to be. From this, it was opened as a wine bar in 1912 by Henry Skinner. Today, the Trocadero strives to keep this history and Henry alive, even boasting Henry as their resident ghost! With a busy city centre atmosphere and people from all walks of life from Bullring shoppers to local residents, The Trocadero is ideal if you are looking for an authentic experience in a traditional Brummie pub.

The Trocadero is also a 'Cask-Marque' accredited real ale pub in Birmingham and they serve a range of five cask ales. The choice of ales also regularly changes so there is always chance to try something different, and they're all great for pairing with their top-notch pub nosh.
