Join us on Thursday 12th November as we invite the guys behind Fallen Brewery to take over our upstairs room, showcasing five of their amazing beers which we'll match with five whiskies.
For just £20, you'll get a third of each beer matched with a dram of each whisky accompanied by a beer and whisky talk. First up is Paul Fallen talking you through his beers with his modern interpretations of classic beer styles and his emphasis on bold flavours and new world hops. Following that our chief whisky expert, Joe Ellis of Hard To Find Whisky, will be talking you through the whisky pairings as you sip some of Scotland’s finest side by side.
