One of the city's best independent music venues, The Flapper is a waterside pub in Birmingham with an indie attitude. Located on the banks of Birmingham's canal, this two storey music venue is known as a mecca for mods and rockers throughout the city. While upstairs is a rustic and lengthy bar with pool tables and a pinball machine, downstairs is an intimate and lively venue for local gigs, big names and festivals alike. You can also perch yourself outside with a bevvie in hand thanks to the pub's second floor terrace and beer garden, which overlooks the canal.
Offering great deals on food drinks and cocktails, it's a great spot to grab some tasty stone-baked pizzas, cheap and cheerful cocktails and the venue's fantastic range of beers, ciders, ales and spirits.
