Luxurious velvet VIP booths, boudoir themed rooms and gigantic buddha statues adorn this stylish and glamorous haven for celebs and swanky club go-ers alike where Jimmy Choo's don't go a miss. Went with a group of 10 brown people for a 21st birthday and we were refused entry as the group was 'too big' even though we were on guestlist. Very arrogant and rude employees. Minutes later, another white group similar size let in. Too many males aswell, not worth visiting there's better clubs in Birmingham.

It is not the ideal place to go. The employees are very rude, the bouncers and cloakroom attendants. I was accused of stealing my own coat mainly because the cloakroom attendant hung my coat in the employee section. I was not apologised to but yet insulted and as they realised it was my own coat they threw it at me. Very rude and embarrassing for me.

Absolutely awful... Had reserved a booth which my friends and i never got to sit in!!! Staff were so incredibly rude thinking they have a higher authority talking down to myself and friend and then heard them slyly tell bar staff to "make it awkward" and then i was continually ignored at the bar SHOCKING will never go back to this over rated dump again

Went here and reserved a booth, to be put in a room that wasn't open. To be moved to another room to be told to move again. Waitresses were rude! Manager doesn't care! Pointless booth and bar service!! Havnt caught on how you do the booth service here yet and that people are paying a lot of money to not be treated like rubbish. The staff believe they are way above the people that go here, forgetting that they are the STAFF

I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO TO THE CLUB BAMBU IN BHAM I Recieved terrible service from a promoter who was incapable of communicating with me to book a table for my partners surprise 40th, I had then spoken to the manager who had confirmed that a table would be booked in the VIP area and they would be on the glist , I was so disappointed later on to hear that when my partner and friends arrived on time they were all turned away!! Having confirmed everything with the manager throughout the whole week I cannot believe that they were all turned away and the staff could not confirm a reason as to why, i honestly believe this is the worst customer service that I have ever Recieved from this club and would recommend people to go to the club *comment moderated* that provide a much better service and your guaranteed to have a good time!!!
