The Texan Roadhouse offers a taste of the American South to Summer Row.

Taking the place of Apres Bar, this restaurant and bar wears its American inspiration proudly, with a red, white and blue colour scheme, bulls' heads on the wall, bright neon signs, and cowgirl waitresses dressed in check shirts, cowboy boots, cowboy hats, and hot pants. But alongside the food and drink, it’s also one of Birmingham’s biggest sports bars, offering a 12ft wide high definition projector and 17 different 65inch TVs.

The food menu is all about big, hearty American bites, ranging from succulent burgers to pizzas and ribs. They also run weekly offers, such as 2-4-1 on selected food, or free food with any booze bought. Speaking of which, the drinks menu is no-nonsense, offering up a selection of American and international beers, as well as wines and hot drinks.
