A mere stone's throw away from Birmingham's indulgent Jewellery Quarter lies Anderson's Bar, a restaurant bar with subtle charm.

With its warm glow, charming exposed brickwork and low beams, Anderson's Bar is a cosy cubby hole for those after chilled out pre-drinks or a date night in Birmingham. Intimacy, comfort and indulgence seem to be a the top of their priorities list and a simple, contemporary style help make this happen.

Anderson's hold a genuine and sincere love for the drinks they serve, as acknowledged when you stumble across the bar's very own bespoke ale, ABG. A drink developed to go perfectly with the restaurant bar's oysters and beef that goes a long way to show how much the bar consider when it comes to the beverages they serve. But Anderson's are also heralded for some of the best steaks in the city, where award winning dry-aged beef and ales certainly don't go amiss.

Absolutely loved it! Tucked away just off St Paul's Square, this restaurant is beautifully decorated - right up my street! The staff were really lovely, really attentive and the food was perfect! If you're looking to book, particularly for a weekend, I'd advise booking a week beforehand as it gets quite busy! Also you might wanna check out teh menu beforehand as it's not exactly cheap, but so worth every penny!
