Marmalade

Description

Marmalade is the Birmingham Rep Theatre's bar and bistro.

Brought to the city by Bitters N Twisted, the brains behind much loved haunts such as The Jekyll & Hyde, The Rose Villa Tavern and Island Bar, Marmalade is housed in the Rep Theatre serving bistro style foods, great coffee and some cheeky cocktails for after hours tipples.

The menu is a compilation of Appetisers, Small Plates, Mains and Puddings all produced with an ethos for freshly made dishes and home grown goodness. European cuisine is the name of the game at Marmalade with eats to the taste of Halloumi Fritters, Edamame & Chickpea Hummus as well as a House burger, Sweet Potato Thai Curry and Free Range Chicken Supreme. Marmalade is the perfect pit stop for the theatre goer, whether you're looking for some pre-show nosh or a post-show wind down.

You can expect handmade cocktails with signature infusions like their Marmalade Cosmo, Gin Velour, Brum Punch and Marmalade Royale.
