Gin & Juice is the newest late-night addition to Birmingham’s Cathedral Square. Open from dusk till dawn, this cosy eatery serves a selection of brunch dishes in the day, transforming into a low lit drinking hole in the evening. 

This is the third location for the Gin & Juice team, who have already wooed in Cheltenham and Cardiff with their winning day to night formula perfect for casual lunches and romantic date nights alike. It is likely that this Phillip’s Place venue will boast the same vintage-style interiors of its sister venues - think comfy leather armchairs, candlelit nooks, and elegant antique mirrors. 

The brunch menu will feature a selection of healthy, light dishes, from smoked salmon and poached egg bagels to smoothie bowls and veggie sharing boards. Whilst the bar will likely focus on a huge selection of gin cocktails, from bracing negronis to Bond-style martinis and classic G&Ts. Come for the avocado on toast, stay for the dancing on tables.
