Welcome in 2020 with a delicious five-course feast and glass of fizz in the elegant surroundings of the newly refurbished Browns Bar and Brasserie.
The sumptuous menu, curated by the restaurant's Executive Chef, oozes indulgence, with dishes such as duo of venison served with celeriac mash, poached pear and a herb crumb, and pan-seared scallops garnished with rhubarb, smoked pancetta and pea shoots - the perfect way to kick off the new year.
Tickets also include a welcome bellini and entertainment courtesy of a live band who will be playing from 7:30pm until late into the night.
