Legendary celebrities are collaborating with the David Adams Leukaemia Appeal Fund to transform the humble childhood bear into an iconic, one-of-a-kind collectable item in aid of one the top cancer hospitals in the world, The Royal Marsden.
To help raise funds for this vital cause, we are delighted to invite you to a very special celebrity endorsed teddy bear auction and champagne afternoon tea at the highly exclusive BAFTA, 195 Piccadilly on Friday 5th October.
Designers and emerging artists are reimagining the celebrity participants by creating one-off, red-carpet-ready outfits for the endorsed Steiff and Charlie bears, which will then be sold in a worldwide online auction (exclusive early access here).
The official launch of the live auction will take place at a once-in-a-lifetime champagne afternoon tea at BAFTA, 195 Piccadilly accompanied by live entertainment from the phenomenal Riva Taylor and fabulous Velma Celli - plus surprise celebrity guests!
All proceeds will contribute towards the vital and life-saving work of the Royal Marsden Cancer Hospital, supporting children and adults to overcome blood cancers.
We would very much like you to join us at this unique event and are delighted to offer our members tickets at a special rate of £60 each or £55 each for a group booking (normally £75 each).

THE CHARITY
The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity is currently raising £70 million to build the Oak Cancer Centre, at The Royal Marsden in Sutton. This new facility will include a state-of-the-art haemato-oncology unit for which we are delighted to help raise money. The new unit within the Oak Cancer Centre will ensure that patients with blood cancers can receive the very best treatment and care and make it possible for patients to be seen in an environment specifically suited to their clinical needs. This exciting new centre will mean that The Royal Marsden is able to see thousands more patients each year.
Your generous support and contributions towards this hugely ambitious project are greatly appreciated.
