Pop Up Ping Pong announced their arrival all over London last year with their unique brand of ping pong events popping up in Kensington, Chelsea, Westminster as well as Hackney, Shoreditch, Elephant and Castle and Peckham, and now they’re going Underground!
A boutique ping pong parlour situated inside St. James’ Park Underground Station. It is a homage to our customers who supported us throughout our inaugural year, we’re doing this for you! A special shout out to Steven Gutierrez who works right up stairs!
Open 8am-11pm everyday from Thursday 15th May, Friday 16th May, Monday 19th May and Tuesday 20th May. Morning commuters can start their day by enjoying unadulterated organic cold-pressed juices £4, home-ground coffees £2 and teas £1.50 from our cherry blossom bar and within the art deco landmark of 55 Broadway.
Reinvigorate the work day with morning and lunchtime sessions of ping pong and as night falls, expect the bar to be well-stocked as usual with bottled beer £3.50 and a select range of cocktails from £6.
Bookings are now open for the Olympic-sized playing table here at £10 per half hour.
Pop Up Ping Pong Do’s & Don’ts
Do acquaint yourselves with our hosts. Our Head Ball Boy and Head Ball Girl bring you Pop Up Ping Pong in all of it’s guises from Hackney Wick to the Queen’s own backyard. Training Tip: Head Ball Boy is known to play customers for a beer so grab him if you think you can win, he’s certainly lost us a bob or two!
Don’t engage our Head Ball Boy while he's supposed to be re-stocking the ice bar!
Do learn the rules of 'Around the World' Ping Pong. Training Tip: Beat us at Around the World and we’ll buy you and your friends a game of beer pong (including 8 bottles of beer).
Don’t take it personally if you lose. Do shake it out to our good vibes and delectable cocktails.
Do relax and have fun, we do this for a living, and we promise you a good time!

1. The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior, during or after the event. The ticket holder voluntarily agrees that the management, venue, event participants, DesignMyNight (WFL Media Ltd) and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employers are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.

4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
9. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be
refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
10. The venue may operate a No Smoking Policy.
11. The promoter, venue management and DesignMyNight accept no responsibility for any personal property.
