Super Lyan is a transformation of the infamous basement of the late White Lyan. Here, the Mr Lyan team serve a collection of seemingly familiar drinks that have been suped-up with a sprinkle of Mr Lyan magic. Taking a democratic and universal approach, the timeless cocktails are presented in an accessible, jargon- free menu.
Super Lyan is a showcase of what happens when you take a team that loves classics, and has exceptional experience working within both traditional cocktail bars and pushing the boundaries of accepted drinks industry norms. Applying their knowledge and experience gained creating ‘heaps mad shit’ within White Lyan to a traditional bar set up, there may even be a shaker and some cubes of ice...
Within the formerly hedonistic basement of White Lyan, the new space will maintain its original bare brick walls, neon signage, leather booths and ‘that’ pole.
