Rum & Sugar is a restaurant and bar located in the historic rum warehouse at West India Quay. The cool interior with exposed brick walls and wooden ceilings provide the perfect setting for the live performances and fun vibes. The menu consists of locally sourced British produce and classic dishes with a contemporary twist, all done by a Michelin Star chef. Every day of the week there is a different deal on offer, which let's you get that meal and a drink for just £10. If you're just going for a drink then you can choose from over 80 different rums and various other specially made cocktails and a range of beers from Central America and beyond. Go for the happy hour everyday from 5-7pm for 10% off or on a Tuesday for 20% off rums.

Since it is located in the Museum of London Docklands, Rum & Sugar offer plenty of rooms and spaces for private hire. You can also book a private cocktail masterclass which is perfect for any kind of event. The outside terrace is an added bonus for enjoying the weather when it's nice. There is live music every Wednesday and Thursday as well as a DJ every Friday, making this the perfect place to kick off your weekend.
