A phoenix, or Firebird, rises from the ashes to transform into something far more powerful than its previous incarnation. Pizzas are cooked on a stone oven from the special sourdough recipe which has developed with the bar itself. But don't let yourself be bowled over by the choice of pizza, the menu is also filled with Mediterranean-inspired dishes so make sure you leave yourself enough time between entering and ordering in this joint. 

The location of the bar and restaurant is ideal; walking distance from the City Centre, and just a stones throw from the heart of the West End, you can collapse with a cocktail after a hard day of shopping or bring the kids for some yummy trifle after a day out in Kelvingrove.
