Join us November 1 as we bring you a day bursting with entertainment, food, flowing drinks and live coverage of the races across our two story venue!
Whether you're joining us in a large group with colleagues, or looking for a day out with friends, The Squire's Landing is THE place to catch the race that stops the nation.
You will be treated to a substantial canapé package, complemented by a 3 hour beverage package, and let's not forget, those incredible 270 degree views over Sydney Harbour!
Come dressed in your finest (get creative with your fascinators and ties) as there will be prizes for best dressed (male and female), live entertainment all afternoon, a photographer to capture those key moments, and of course, all the action direct from Flemington Racecourse, live on our projector screen!
Doors will be open from 11am for those ticket holders that like to be early, however please note, the package will commence strictly from 12pm.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Please be advised dietaries will not be catered to, the menu has been designed to consider dietaries.
- Beverage service will commence from 12pm when the package starts, and will be a mix of tray service and bar service. The package strictly concludes at 3pm.
- Tables will be based on a first come first serve, the venue will not be pre-allocating tables. Available tables for guests to use will be a variety of sizes and an array of low & high tables across both floors of the venue.
- The venue will open to the general public from 4:00pm if we have available seating.
- Refunds are available up to 5 days prior to the event date, Friday 28th October prior to 3pm and must be in writing to the bookings@thesquireslanding.com.au. No refunds will be offered after this date.

1. The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior, during or after the event. The ticket holder voluntarily agrees that the management, venue, event participants, DesignMyNight (WFL Media Ltd) and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employers are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.
2. Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue.
3. Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Refunds are available up to 5 days prior to the event date (Friday 28 October) prior to 3pm and must be in writing to bookings@thesquireslanding.com.au. Please note, no refunds will be offered after this date. Refunds do not include the additional booking fee.
7. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
8. Full prepayment is required for all bookings and all fees are charged to the guest.
9. The promoter, venue management and DesignMyNight accept no responsibility for any personal property.
10. The event listed on the purchased ticket is strictly for ticket holders who are over 18 years of age. Identification may be required.
