Haco is a truly unique dining experience, offering an omakase-style of dining. The word translates to ‘entrust’, which is what you’ll be doing to the chefs when it comes to your order. They choose what you eat, depending on the season's produce.
The restaurant centres around the timber bar which overlooks the kitchen, so you can watch as your mystery meal is prepared. The intimate venue offers seasonal Japanese small plates, and while they have a strong focus on tempura, you can get anything from oysters and sushi to wagyu and duck. Dishes are meticulously put together, beautifully presented and intensely delicious. Lunch and dinner sittings come at a set price, but you won’t be disappointed – especially when you pair it with one of their creative cocktails.
