Kaiza Izakaya is a contemporary Japanese restaurant that gives a nod to head chef Jason Nguyen’s heritage, fusing precision cooking techniques with Vietnamese flavours.
The red-black walls of this Newtown eatery are decorated with paper fans, cascading lanterns and illuminated blossom trees. With an informal air and inviting menu of small plates, it’s the perfect place for a casual dinner catching up with friends.
