Part of luxe hospitality group Merivale's, Mimi's is the waterfront restaurant offering fine dining set to a backdrop of Sydney's most beautiful views.

Found on the second floor of Coogee Pavilion (which is also home to a buzzing rooftop terrace and a light and airy food hall), Mimi's is designed with big birthday blowouts, celebratory graduation meals and all-out date nights in mind. Interiors are pared back, with simple pastel hues keeping diners' eyes on those sea views.

Service is old school; think wheeled carts dedicated to caviar and waiting staff dressed in crisp white uniforms. Mediterranean cuisine is at the forefront, crafted from high-quality produce which is sourced both locally and from across the globe, be it black truffle imported from Valencia or live lobster plucked from the Sydney shoreline.

Cocktails are anything but ordinary, mixed using some of the world's rarest vintage spirits. And for those extra special occasions? There is, of course, a selection of Champagne magnums to choose from, with prices climbing up to $9000 for the most premium bottles.
