Poor Toms Gin Hall

Poor Toms have been distilling their own small batch gin since 2015, so it only seems fitting that they have a stunning space in which to enjoy their juniper-derived creations. The hall itself has a church-like quality, mainly thanks to the alter featuring their mascot 'Ginsus', along with stark white walls, a backlit archway and a marble-topped service area. 

There is a selection of house gin available as classic G&Ts or mixed into martinis and signature cocktails. The Sydney Dry Gin is the OG of Poor Toms, and has floral notes with a slight tartness, making for a beautifully balanced cocktail. If you're after something fruity, the strawberry gin is a bright pink and berry-heavy concoction, while the gutsy Fool’s Strength packs a whopping alcohol level of 52 per cent.
