One of the best bars on Sydney's Northern Beaches, this brewhouse, taproom and live music venue in Brookvale is an excellent spot to seek out if you're in the mood for great beer.
Owned by the 4 Pines Brewery, Truck Bar is a sprawling space that takes inspiration from those who live the conveyers lifestyle. The bar itself is built into an old Dodge, with no less than 21 taps serving the full range of 4 Pines core beers and a rotating lineup of guest kegs and bold brews. There's tasty food to be had here too, as the kitchen promises some pint-appropriate plates in the form of bulging burgers, with Angus beef, vegan patties and crunchy fried chicken options.
When it comes to putting on exciting events, Truck Bar certainly isn't letting the side down either. The Winbourne Road watering hole offers a packed programme of live music and sports screenings, as well as a fun weekly quiz every Thursday night.
