SOKO Rooftop

Description

If you're looking for rooftop restaurants in Brisbane, this sky-high spot is certainly one to visit. Sitting prettily among the clouds on the 14th floor of Jubilee Hotel, SOKO Rooftop promises epic views, 40 different types of pisco sours and Peruvian-Japanese food.

Found in the ever-trendy Fortitude Valley, this lofty location has a stunning alfresco terrace that totes striped parasols, rattan furniture and plenty of greenery; it's a lovely space to soak up the sun with a couple of drinks. But, if you decide to settle inside, you’ll be privy to unique, Amazon-inspired interiors - think a luscious green colour scheme, from the tiled walls to the tables and chairs.

The menu here fuses Peruvian and Japanese flavours, offering a mouthwatering menu of sharing plates, including yakitori, ceviche and nigiri. But if you fancy something a bit bigger, you can also go for mains such as the yuzu-saikyo miso black cod. To pair with your meal, choose from wine or creative cocktails - our favourite is the White Orchid, a refreshing blend of tequila, cucumber, lychee, elderflower and pear.
