If you're hungry, then make sure to check out the mouthwatering menu of Spanish fare from head chef Lloyd Evans. Highlights include the yellowfin tuna crudo drizzled in chorizo oil and the crab bruschetta accompanied by saffron aioli. Quench your thirst with a carafe of sangria, glass of vino or one of the signature cocktails. Our favourite is the Fuego Manzana, made up of Bacardi rum, lime, apple and green chilli liqueur.
