How to redeem
You must book in advance to use your voucher. Please let one of our sales team know at the point of booking by quoting your voucher code on bookings@batandballwestfield.com or 02030583020.

Terms
Voucher can only be redeemed at Bat & Ball in Westfield Stratford. Voucher is only valid for the monetary amount stated, in exchange for services of equivalent value (subject to availability). This voucher can not be exchanged for cash. The voucher can only be redeemed once. The voucher cannot be redeemed after the expiry date. This voucher is valid for 12 months after purchase.
Please note we operate a Challenge 25 policy, any guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. From 8pm all guests must be over the age of 18. You must provide a physical form of a valid government approved ID for entry. We do not accept copies of ID. Please note from 8pm Thursdays - Sundays and during special events all ID will be scanned at the door on arrival.
