How to redeem

To redeem your voucher, please contact our Central Bookings team in advance of your reservation quoting your voucher code and booking reference:

You must notify us of your intention to use a voucher ahead of your visit.  Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your voucher on the day of your reservation.

Terms

Valid for 12 months following purchase and cannot be used past the expiry date stated on voucher. A booking must be made in advance of your visit, or venue should be notified of your intention to use a voucher. 

It is only valid for the product & amount stated and cannot be exchanged for cash.  Products available will vary from venue to venue.  All bookings are subject to availability. The voucher can only be redeemed once and the remaining balance cannot be used again.  Voucher accepted in selected venues only, please check with the bookings team to make sure you can use it on your visit.
