Description

Paragon is a pub, sports bar and garden at Circular Quay. One of the few remaining 19th century hotels, it's been restored and converted to include a gorgeous rooftop space with a retractable roof. Enjoy skyline views in the slick, foliage-laden space, all while watching live sport and sipping through classic pints, Tropic Like Its Hot cocktails or bottles of wine.

As for food? Expect a lineup of Australian favourites like schnitty, alongside a choice of wagyu or chicken burgers and nduja-slathered pizzas. Plus, if you head in for the venue's 'Crafter-noons' from Monday to Friday between 5 and 6pm, you can wash your meal down with discounted $6 craft beers. Or, shimmy over to dance to DJs 'til late on Fridays and Saturdays.
