- Restaurant Bar
A short walk from the Manchester Arena, this relaxed sushi bar serves up a stunning selection of dishes from lunch through dinner. Set inside a small railway arch by Victoria station, its an intimate experience with space for 10 table diners and just four more at the counter overlooking the open kitchen.
Putting freshness and quality as its core focus, their Japanese-influenced menu has got you covered for the city's finest sashimi, moreish maki and warming rice bowls. On top of their a la carte offering, Umezushi also proffers a slick tasting menu that lets you feast on magura sushi, seafood congee and a chilli and plum sake-infused pineapple. To wash it all down with, they've got a carefully curated selection of wines and sake, and can proudly claim to be the first restaurant in Manchester where you can order speciality Japanese Koshu wines.
