Description
A short walk from the Manchester Arena, this Japanese restaurant hosts omakase events, where a stunning selection of dishes are chosen by the chef. Set inside a small railway arch by Victoria station, it's an intimate experience with space for 10 table diners and just four more at the counter overlooking the open kitchen. Plus, it's super exclusive, with only members able to dine.
Putting freshness and quality as its core focus, their Japanese-influenced menu has got you covered for the city's finest sashimi, moreish maki, magura sushi, seafood congee and a chilli and plum sake-infused pineapple. To wash it all down with, they've got a carefully curated selection of wines and sake, and can proudly claim to be the first restaurant in Manchester where you can order speciality Japanese Koshu wines.
