The Chinese concept restaurant ran by the brothers Victor and Vinny Yu is taking to the former Panacea site in Alderly Edge.
Yu's vision is to plate up traditional perceptions of Chinese cuisine crafted in a new, distinct, contemporary fashion thus redefining the common conceptions of Asian foods. Their palate is constructed from layers of authentic flavour taken from regional Cantonese dishes that are then transformed into decadent, Modern delights.
The physique of the eatery will conjure a sort of dark, luxuriant atmosphere with rich woods and navy furnishings creating a Oriental pastiche. Eking style and a fine dining experience, Yu will be a firm favourite on the Manchester foodie scene.
