Writhing with guilty pleasures and quite literally ounces of meat, SoLIta is stacked for another Manchester opening, this time taking to the iconic Deansgate Barton Arcade with a wholly new concept.
Continuing their reign in Manchester, SoLIta have upped the game and traded in their mile high patties for some prime cuts of steak with this new SoLIta Steakhouse. Their 'South of Little Italy' manifesto remains intact fusing their rustic style with the glamorous edge of New York dining. With hunks of meat as the crowning glory of this restaurant, there will be a 2 storey glass fronted meat ageing room where all meats will be aged in view, on sight.
The ground floor of this new SoLIta venture will host a small cocktail bar as well as a casual dining area with the focal steakhouse residing in the stunning basement. Then beneath that will be another dedicated bar as well as a private dining space available to hire out.
Working off their Didsbury and Northern Quarter faces, we're expecting the same cool, laid-back gaff that fuses street style but this time with a contemporary dining attitude straight form the Big Apple.
