Keko Moku is a fun-time cocktail and party bar in the Northern Quarter. It may be a little on the small side, but this tiki-inspired Manchester cocktail bar packs a big party punch. One of the original tiki-bars in Manchester, Keko Moku aims to bring a little sunshine into your life with tiki-tastic cocktails, a beach party vibe and a huge appreciation of rum!

The bar's mantra is 'Life is no fun without rum' so find your inner Caribbean, order that Dark N Stormy and imagine yourself on sunnier shores. Keko Moku is great for chilled out drinks and catch ups in the week with friends, and raucous at the weekends with a fun-time crowd packing out this tiny tiki bar.

After ordering and PAYING for a £9 each drink the bar staff then told us we hadn't paid, at first we thought it was a joke but it went on a little too far after one of the bar staff took a sip of my drink. We told them to check CCTV to prove this but was ignored. (Whilst making the drinks the bad staff kept hinting at us giving them tips for making out drinks) We eventually got our drinks feeling a little bit embarrassed after being accused of "stealing" drinks we asked who the manger was, we were told himself (one of the members of staff on the bar) the bouncers also claimed to be "managers." We will not be returning. Very rude service. We will be taking this further.

Very quirky and friendly atmosphere with delicious, impressive cocktails made for showboating and a great music selection. However, the seating arrangements leave a lot to be desired and considering how small the place is, some air conditioning wouldn't go amiss.
