Thirsty Thursdays on the London Bar Bus

The London Bar Bus is operated by The Original Tour.
The London Bar Bus is a unique experience which transports guests to a magical rooftop bar...on a bus.
Enjoy stunning views of the capital on a 90 minute journey with the option to enjoy a few drinks whilst doing so.

These terms & conditions are specific to The London Bar Bus experience, and are in addition to our general terms & conditions which are available to read here.

Bookings / Amendments
All sales are final & are non refundable. In the event that you need to change the date or time of your booking, please contact our Customer Service team.
Changes can be made up until 2 weeks before departure date subject to an admin fee of £10 per booking.
We operate a strict 18+ policy.

Supply of Alcohol / Age Verification
It is illegal to supply alcohol to anyone under the age of 18.
We operate a strict “Challenge 25” policy and we will ask for photo ID to verify your age if you appear to be under 25. We are unable to offer refunds if you are unable to provide suitable ID, if required, when boarding. Acceptable forms of ID are: Photo Driving License, Passport or proof of age card with PASS hologram.

Seating
We cannot guarantee seating in specific areas of the bus. We will try our best to accommodate groups of 4+ on one of our booth tables, subject to availability. If your group is split over two tables, we will endeavour to sit you on tables adjacent to each other. If you book separately to the rest of your group, please contact us so we can try to sit you all together.

Please advise us of any special requests at the time of booking and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Group Bookings
We offer attractive rates for groups of 10+ guests. Please contact our Customer Service team to make your Group booking.

Stag / Hen Parties
We only accept stag/hen parties on private hire services. Please contact our Customer Service team for more details by emailing info@theoriginaltour.com or calling +44 208 877 1722.

Cancellations
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your tour a full refund will be made onto the payment card that was used for the booking. A 15% discount will also be offered against a future booking.

Arrival for your London Bar Bus experience
Public transport and traffic in London can be unpredictable, please ensure you arrive 15 minutes before your arrival time to avoid missing your departure.
The bus cannot wait for latecomers and refunds will not be given in the event of a “no show”.
Please ensure you bring your vouchers for both the tour & drinks packages (if applicable) either printed or downloaded on your mobile phone.

Challenge 25
If you’re lucky enough to look under 25, you will be asked to show either valid drivers license, passport or valid photo ID with the Pass hologram upon boarding the bus.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

This tour is operating on a 'Bring Your Own' basis, however please read our guidelines before purchasing your tickets. To ensure your safety, there are some limits to the alcohol permitted onboard...

BYO Policy per person
4 canned or plastic bottled drinks OR
1 bottle of wine/sparkling wine OR
2 miniature bottles (max 5cl) of spirits per person
Soft drinks are, of course, fine in plastic bottles or cans.
Please be aware that these limits will be enforced by the staff and bag checks will also be in operation when boarding.

Once on-board:
The experience is 90minutes (approx). The Original Tour shall not be in any way liable to the ticket holder for loss, damage, inconvenience or delay in consequence of any failure, alteration, suspension, cancellation or termination of service.
The route may change due to operational constraints - e.g. road closures due to events or protests.
Please note there is no tour commentary. Your hosts will however be more than happy to answer any questions you have during the experience.
The British weather can be unpredictable but the show must go on! Please come prepared if the weather is not looking good - there will also be a limited amount of wet-weather gear available to borrow on-board.

Health & Safety:
Please stay in your seat during the tour and keep arms inside the bus.
No smoking or vaping is allowed on-board the bus at any time.

Behaviour:
We ask that you are respectful of other guests during the experience.
We will refuse carriage to anyone who appears to be intoxicated or under the influence of drugs.
We will not tolerate abusive, rude or threatening behaviour towards our staff or guests, and reserve the right to eject anyone during the tour. No refunds will be given under these circumstances.

Facilities:
Please note there is no toilet on board the bus.
If you need to leave the bus at any time please speak to your host. Your driver will pull over when it is legal and safe to do so.
If you leave the bus at any point we will not be able to wait for your return.
Complimentary WiFi is provided on-board the bus and has no commercial value. No refund is available if the WiFi does not operate.

Accessibility
The Original Tour prides itself on having a fully wheelchair accessible fleet of buses.
The London bar bus has space for 1 wheelchair on the lower deck. Please contact the customer service team directly to book.
For recipients of Disability Living Allowance, we offer a 30% discount on all our tours for yourself plus one carer. Please contact our Customer Care team for more details.
Due to limited storage space please only bring small bags with you. Items will need to stowed under your table or chair.
We can not guarantee storage space for large items such as pushchairs or suitcases. Please avoid bringing large items with you. Please note there are no storage facilities at the bus departure point.

No pets except assistance dogs allowed on-board.
