The Tuna Underground By the Elmore Jam
Join us For the most Exclusive sushi party of the summer!
New York Chef Ryan Smith has teamed up with restaurateur Nick Atkins Host of the famed Supper Club The Elmore Jam to bring you the first of a series underground Tuna Parties In London this summer. Each event will take place at a secret location to be announced two days before the event. The first is in WC2.
During each event; Chef Smith will butcher a 100 LB Big Eye tuna and serve it to the crowd over the course of the evening in a range of modern and traditional styles. The first party is limited to 80 people and will sell out extremely quickly. (the NY parties sold out in less than 24 hours)

About the fish
This beautiful fish is hand-picked from the Hawaiian fish auction, especially for this event! It is shipped overnight and will fly directly from the auction to Heathrow airport.
