Our second pop-up will be taking place on Friday the 4th March in our Blue Room. Following up on our first event in January, our Head Chef Nathan has put together a new, seasonal, 6 course tasting menu. This is a chance for him to experiment with some new ideas and is an opportunity to sample some unusual ingredients prepared in ways which aren't an option in day to day service.
Availability is limited and places must be reserved in advance. Food intolerances can be catered for, please let us know your requirements in advance.
Watermelon and ricotta parfait
Lobster crab and samphire salad with pickled clams and saffron butter
Pig cheeks with mustard jelly and apple broth
Rump of lamb, grilled sweetbreads and hotpot
Broad beans, anchovies and port jus
Warm coconut milkshake with mango marshmallow
Blood orange and mascarpone ice cream with chocolate wine and shortbread
