Pucker up dessert fans for some lip smacking goodness this Valentines day.

Sweet specialist chef Terri has crafted 5 delectable dishes to get you going with extra treats to guarantee a Happy Ending. This time we have Felix from Manhattans Project  mixing up quality classic cocktails and original drinks to pair with our pudds. 

For you starry eyed lovers, the ever exciting Pond Dalston will be transformed into a sexy dessert and cocktail salon.

Bring your lover, friend or a group of dessert loving buds for 5 courses of dessert, a cheeky welcome cocktail and tea and petit fours. If you fancy going all the way with the drinks pairing, Felix has it covered and its available on the night. Group bookings of 6 or more get a discount. So gather up all your lovers! 

Look forward to a classy, fun, silly and bloody delicious evening that will leave a warm fuzzy feeling in your belly. We won’t kill you with too much sugar or heavy puddings, expect a well thought out and perfectly balanced evening of deliciousness.

I love cooking for people, making people smile through food. Also I'm up for a laugh and bit of silly fun. I try to put that energy into the desserts, pastries and chocolates. I am dedicated to making delicious desserts that combine modern and traditional techniques to make flavourful balanced creations that inspire and excite. I use quality ingredients to make desserts that are high end, not overly sweet, bold in flavour with a little crunch!Australian born with Italian and Maltese family background, I trained in Sydney and Melbourne under some very talented and inspiring chefs. My profession has taken me all over the world from Barcelona to China, India and the UK. I have now found a home in London. Fraise Sauvage is the bringing together of a diverse career, extensive travel and cultural influences, passion for food, continual learning and experimentation.Manhattans Project, where the main thing is alcohol, mixed with things and served in a nice glass. We do classic cocktails and we do them right, and occasionally we do them very wrong and weirdly, and occasionally we serve some up in a glass eagle, and sometimes they are hot. But mainly: classic cocktails, done right. Just don’t ask for a mojito.

its going to be amazing as all of her events are. I have been to every Happy endings and am blown away with Terri's creativity and ability to make a meal out of dessert.

Fantastic variety of dishes and wines. Even a non dessert lover would have enjoyed it! It was lovely to chat to a bunch of other foodies too and share restaurant tips.

Very impressed! Even though I love my sweets, I was expecting to be sugared-out towards the end. However, the menu was cleverly designed with different tastes and pairings - nothing too rich or too sweet. The staff were welcoming and professional. It was also interesting to learn about and taste the organic wines.

Absolutely amazing! Friendly staff, amazing food and great atmosphere. Thoroughly recommend! Even though dessert changes weekly, there was no weak course and recommend splashing out a little extra for the pairing with wines.

We had a brilliant evening - great cocktails to start, then a lovely cosy booth and a succession of delicious desserts. I loved all five of them - really interesting flavours, something unexpected in each one. I could happily have eaten at least five of the madeleines we had for the final course! Caution: eat something savoury before you go. I had to take my husband for a kebab afterwards as he had a massive sugar crash!

Well this hasn't happened yet but if it's anything like the Happy Endings event in November it will be just perfect - relaxed and cosy atmosphere, effortlessly friendly service and, most importantly, incredible desserts, full of unexpected and subtle flavours. A friend who's had some sneak previews of the desserts to come this time has said they're actually even better. Hard to believe - I'll have to go along and check for myself. Can't wait.
