Join us 37 floors up for an evening of delicious Champagnes, exquisite food pairings & intricate tasting notes.
With selections of specially chosen Champagnes for you to taste, whilst the host delves into the complexities involved in blending traditional and modern Champagne-making techniques; reflected throughout their various collections, these evenings are totally unique and memorable.

Ruinart is the oldest established Champagne house, exclusively producing Champagne since 1729. In 1728 Louis XV authorised the transportation of wine in bottles (as opposed to oak barrels), making Champagne exports possible for the first time and from here the Maison Ruinart was born. Founded by Nicolas Ruinart in the city of Reims in France’s Champagne region, the house is today owned by parent company LVMH Moet Hennessy Louis Vuitton SA.
At first the sparkling wine was a business gift for cloth purchasers as the family had been involved in cloth merchandising, but in 1935 Maison Ruinart closed its textiles business due to the success of their Champagne venture. Since then the house has kept the standards of excellence of its founders and crafted a long-standing relationship with the Arts.
Ruinart’s cellars, acquired in 1768, are amongst the largest in the region, extending 38m below the ground and running for 8km. They are the product of ancient chalk mining and the chalk helps to keep the cellars at a constant temperature of 11 degrees Celsius. These chalk pits were classified as a historic monument in 1931 and the Ruinart tatse is greatly dependent on the ageing chalk pits.
Chardonnay is the essence of all Ruinart cuvées and is an elegant, demanding, delicate and fresh grape. Ruinart Champagnes show aromatic freshness and elegance combined with a full body smooth texture.

4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons.
