Bourne & Hollingsworth is bringing Spirited Sermons to Bedford Square Gardens, where our spiritual scholars will be reciting their cocktail catechism for your sipping satisfaction. Taking place on the main stage, Spirited Sermons are a fun and interactive way to learn about drinks, history and the production of some delicious and fantastically interesting spirits and trends. Hosted by our own world-renowned drinks expert Jim Wrigley, these sessions comprise of a spirits tasting and a cocktail sample.

Sailing Forth: Naval Drinks from the Olde Worlde with Plymouth Gin
One of the oldest distilleries in the world, Plymouth gin’s long and illustrious history has links to Sir Francis Drake, the Mayflower and the origins of naval and other classic drinks. We’ll learn about the profile and production of this iconic gin.
Across the Pond: Cocktails in the New World with Santa Teresa Rum
After the discovery of the Americas, a New World of spirits and drinking began to evolve. Family-owned since 1796, Santa Teresa rum has been part of the birth of mixed drinks from the 1800’s to the present day as a staple the best cocktail bars across the Atlantic.
Living for Today: Modern Trends and Healthy Drinking with Yaguara Cachaça
From lower sugar to less alcohol; seasonal ingredients to new techniques, we’ll look at what the savvy sipper is drinking today and why. Try modern drinks with small batch artisanal Yaguara cachaça, who combine 100 years of craftsmanship with the latest in spirits technology.

4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
9. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be
refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
