A Guide through the 7 Chakra's with Rachael from Welford Wellbeing

Rachael Welford, founder of Welford Wellbeing. A certified Usui Reiki practitioner who uses intuitive energy work, sound, affirmations and guided meditations to help you relax and de-stress.

Mixing ancient wisdom and modern teachings to unite body, mind and soul my sessions focus on showing people the light and power they already have inside them and how to draw on that. Each class is part of the 7 part series however feel free to book classes separately or all 7 with a discount. 

Wed 23rd August - Freedom from fear. An exploration of the Root Chakra.

The root chakra governs survival and self-preservation, your ability to feel safe in the world and your right to have and to exist, balance in this area is essential for physical and mental wellbeing.

An evening dedicated to grounding your energy through sound and meditation. Restoring balance with a view to identify and release limiting fears, increase trust in yourself and abundance in your life.

Wed 30th August - Motivated by pleasure. An introduction to the Sacral Chakra.

Motivated by pleasure is a 2-hour event where we will explore the sacral chakra, the second energy centre of the body and your core of emotions, relationships, creativity, expression of sexuality and fantasies.

Learn and explore the inner and outer worlds of this energy centre. Helping to attune your sacral energy through meditation and encourage balance in your relationships, emotions and creativity.

Wed 6th September - The Power of Purpose - Discover your Solar Plexus Chakra

Finding and living your purpose comes with balance in the Solar Plexus Chakra. The third energy centre governs your metabolism, personal power, will, self-esteem and helps you take healthy responsibility of the direction of your life.

During this 2 hour event she will encourage you to dive into the solar plexus, tuning into self and purpose and building self-esteem. Using sound and meditation we will release shame based fears and build a healthy sense of personal power to help drive you forward with purpose.

Wed 13th September - Lean into Love - Awakening your Heart Chakra

Love can be a scary place. We often shut down our 4th energy centre due to betrayal, abandonment, relationship breakups, divorce or grief. Fear of intimacy, poor boundaries, conditional love and jealousy can be results of imbalance in your heart chakra. The Heart Chakra is an amazing place where the physical and spiritual meet, balance here brings unconditional love of self and others and compassion abound.

Open your heart and lean into love. Using sound, Reiki energy and meditation Rachael will help you to heal your inner child, working gently through any stuck energy, grief & forgiveness to transform your heart to an open, peaceful, compassionate and loving space.

Wed 20th September - Trust in your truth. - Opening the Throat Chakra

The 5th energy centre, the Throat Chakra, is often known as the seat of emotion and self-expression. Bring renewed resonance to your truth, create clear channels of communication within yourself and with others and increase your creativity.

Navigate your communication centre using meditation, reiki and sound the  access and trust in your personal truth.

Wed 27th September - Vibrant Vision through your Third Eye Chakra.

Our 6th energy centre is located in between our eyebrows, the Third Eye. When balanced our third eye chakra brings us the amazing ability of foresight, intuition, dream clarity and the ability to remove illusion from our world. Would you like access to more worldly wisdom, increased imagination and a better memory?

An evening dedicated to illuminating your intuition. Using the medium of sound, guided visualisations and creative arts, Rachael will guide you into the realm of the light and connect you to your inner knowing and self.

Wed 4th October - Cosmic Consciousness -  Knowing your Crown Chakra

The uppermost energy centre of the seven chakra systems sole purpose is understanding. A developed crown provides the ability to live an intelligently open-minded spiritual existence. Move beyond materialism and release the need for attachment and greed during this two-hour event.

Rachael will guide you using meditation and a deep sound journey to access new levels of consciousness and broaden your understanding of self, spirit and soul.
