Wild by Tart is delighted to be hosting the founders of MOMO Kombucha as they lead a fun and informative workshop exploring the history and health benefits of kombucha. They will be teaching the basics of kombucha home brewing and will provide each individual with a jar and SCOBY with detailed instructions so that you can make your own.
The evening will be capped off with a bespoke kombucha cocktail, courtesy of Wild by Tart, for a chance to unwind and ask any questions before heading home with your new starter kit.
The evening will include:
- An introduction to kombucha, including a brief history and health benefits
- Learning the basics to make your own kombucha
- A jar containing the necessary ingredients to make your own kombucha
- Bespoke cocktail courtesy of Wild by Tart using MOMO kombucha
- Tea courtesy of Canton Tea to select which tea you'd like to flavour your kombucha with.
- Tips on how to flavour your kombucha and the opportunity to flavour a bottle to take home
To produce the best tasting and highest quality kombucha, MOMO brew each batch in a small glass jar. They are based in Brixton and were selected as one of Vogue's 14 ways to bring wellness into your life in 2019.
Kombucha is packed full of naturally occurring probiotics which aid digestion and help maintain balance in the body’s internal ecosystem. It also contains healthy organic acids, antioxidants and vitamins, which increase energy, support joint health, reduce blood sugars and act as a natural detoxifier. It is made of four simple ingredients: tea, water, sugar and a SCOBY (Symbiotic Culture Of Bacteria and Yeast).
Wild by Tart is a concept restaurant opening in late Spring 2019 that will offer a unique dining experience. A light and natural oasis within central London serving as a hub for creativity - Tart London will open its debut at the Eccleston Yards development with an all-day offering that focuses on seasonal menus, which champion healthy dishes.

2. Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue.
3. Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
9. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be
refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
10. The venue may operate a No Smoking Policy.
11. The promoter, venue management and DesignMyNight accept no responsibility for any personal property.
12. The event listed on the purchased ticket is strictly for ticket holders who are over 18 years of age. Identification may be required.
