Back by popular demand! The art of entomology became popular in the Victorian era and for The Zetter Townhouse Clerkenwell’s next taxidermy masterclass, guests will be creating their own butterfly* masterpiece to take home.

Made from the Dead’s Tonja Grung will be joining us again to host, her fascination with a macabre Victorian past making her the ideal teacher. She’ll be taking guests through the basics of entomological preservation - from preparing and mounting to setting and framing the beautiful specimens. Guests will all leave with two framed butterflies and two on a setting mount to take home and frame.

The afternoon will be fun and informal and will include afternoon tea and a celebratory cocktail to finish.

*These butterflies come from environmental breeders
