Unlike other 1BigNightOut events you find in Central London or Shoredtich, you don't receive a white t-shirt, which is one of the main features we look forward to when doing 1BigNightOut. Not only does it help being an ice breaker with other group members and seeing where your friends are, but also acts as something to look over the morning after when everyone has drawn on the shirt. 2 out of the 4 places we went to actually didn't even offer drink discounts because of the crawl, normally you'll get a 2for1 offer or discounted drinks - so was pretty shocked that the places we visit didn't even know what the crawl was, let alone getting discounts. Lastly, all the places we visited didn't actually require entry fee's to get in, which pretty much makes going on this crawl useless. If you don't receive a shirt, get discounted drinks and go to bars where they don't need entry fee's then...whats the point in paying to go on a crawl when it's cheaper to do it on your own? My advice, go to Central London or Shoredtich with the crawl - better atmosphere, better value for money. visited Fifty Five on 06 May 2017

The pub crawl was overall a lot of fun, but only because I went with a group of 5 other people. In our group for the pub crawl there were only 2 other people that signed up. We ended up combining with another group and that was a lot more fun because we got to meet more people. Our host was a lot of fun even though it was only his third time leading a group. It says we get 1 free shot at every pub/club we went to, but some pubs were very reluctant to giving them to us or they said we had to buy a drink for a free shot. I didn't have that big of a problem with getting anything because most bartenders ended up giving in, but its something to think about. One of the pubs were very empty, but maybe because it was still pretty early. This pub/club also did a very thorough pat down and made us check our coats because coats weren't allowed in past 9. Overall, the experience was a lot of fun, but I would highly recommend to go with people you know in case the group is very small. Kaitlyn visited Fifty Five on 27 Jan 2017

The host was really funny and enthusiastic. There was only a few of us so she gave us options and the pubs/clubs were perfect for the night we were looking for kelsey visited Fifty Five on 19 Aug 2016

We went with a friend to this pub crawl in Camden on the last saturday night. We were disappointed, at first, because our group was very little. But then the guide asks us if we wanted to join the central pub tour were it was more than 100 people. We did so and it was a perfect night we a lot of fun and many nice meetings. Even if the last pub was too hot and crowded. Thank you! Milena visited Fifty Five on 23 Jul 2016

The pub crawl was fun. However I was extremely disappointed in the fact that we were promised 5 bars and 5 free shots, and due to our very drunk and unorganized leader, we only made it to 4 bars and only got 2 free shots plus one free shot if we bought a cocktail. Our leader did not know where she was going half the time and it was a mess. Rebecca visited Fifty Five on 25 Jun 2016

Reply from 1 big night out pub crawl in Camden

Hey Rebecca, I am glad you had fun and I am sorry that you had this experience with the tour guide. It does state on the DMN site that we only go to 4 venues, but I apologise that it says shots in each venue as there was not one in Electric Ballroom, I will amend the listing to be more accurate and would like to offer you a free ticket to one of our other nights as well to make up for the missed shot. If you email me at allan@1bignightout.com I will get you on the guestlist for another night
