Head up to the 15th floor of Battersea Hottest new Hotel, where you will be greeted with a glass of prosecco to enjoy alongside amazing views of the concrete jungle that is London. After a welcome introduction from Minna George, you will be guided through a creative journey, The destination being, your favourite skyline views transformed into personal work of art to take home!
About the artist:
Minna George MA is an award-winning artist born in 1981 based in Battersea, London.
Graduating from Chelsea College of Art in 2003 she continued her studies with an MA from Kingston University in European Fine Art Practice.
Minna has enjoyed sell out shows in the UK and Worldwide and her work has been shown in over 100 exhibitions, she remains a loyal Battersea resident and has been in love with the area for over 20 years. Her name has now been associated with the secondary market in Sotheby’s as well as the National Portrait Gallery. Minna is one of the few western artists to have been granted the chance of a solo exhibition at the National Gallery in Kuwait.
art'otel London Battersea Power Station is thrilled to welcome Minna as our first Artist in Residence. Minna will be taking over the art'otel London Battersea Power Station Studio until the 31st of January.
