Notting Hill Arts Club - Review - 21 Notting Hill Gate, London

Notting Hill Arts Club still manages to remain quite unknown on the clubbing circuit for some reason. I went on a Thursday to the regular YoYo night. The club is underground and as soon as you descend the stairs you know you are in for a proper night out! I would say the decor is shabby/grimy chic. It's not like your traditional pretentious Notting Hill place. The bar area is super cool and large, which means you get served quite quickly. There are nooks to sit down and hideaway as well as the main dance floor area. It's dark and moody and cool in this basement club. The music on this night was hip-hop, dubstep and garage. I know they have regular nights on all week so I'd recommend checking it out any night of the week.
